Verto Living is a not-for-profit organisation created to provide quality supported housing to vulnerable adults in the Midlands area , place that our tenants are proud to call their home.

Our director’s and staff have extensive experience of both property management and supporting vulnerable adults with multiple complex needs and are passionate about enabling their tenants to work towards independent living, owning their own independent tenancies which is sustainable in the long term and reducing the risk future homelessness.

What is a vulnerable person?

A vulnerable person is someone who is subject to behaviours or conditions that cause harm or potential harm to their physical and/or mental health and emotional well-being or prevents them from carrying out their normal day to day routine through fear and intimidation and is in need of care and support.

What are Multiple Complex Needs?

While the needs and background of people with multiple complex needs will vary they are may be defined as having multiple disadvantage with two or more of the following issues :

From processing referrals and managing compliance to coordinating training and safeguarding procedures, this team is the engine room of our service. They work tirelessly to ensure our policies and practices are efficient, transparent, and always centred around the wellbeing of the people we support. Their work allows our frontline staff to focus on delivering outstanding care and outcomes.

  • Our Housing Maintenance team plays a vital role in making sure every Verto property is safe, clean, and homely. They carry out regular checks, urgent repairs, and ongoing improvements to ensure our accommodation meets high standards. More than just a maintenance service, this team takes pride in creating environments where residents feel secure and respected. Their quick response and proactive approach help maintain the dignity of each home and support a stable foundation for our residents' recovery and growth.
