Dedicated support workers

Each resident is supported by a dedicated member of our team who works alongside them to identify goals, build life skills, and access the services they need. This may include support with managing finances, maintaining accommodation, engaging with health services, attending appointments, developing routines, and reconnecting with education, training, or employment opportunities.

Partnership Working

We work closely with local partners including health services, probation, local authorities, and specialist support organisations to ensure residents can access the wider support network available to them. Our team takes a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, recognising that progress looks different for everyone.

Life Beyond Crisis

Our aim is not simply to provide accommodation, but to create an environment where people feel safe, respected, and able to rebuild their lives. Through consistent support, clear expectations, and encouragement, we help residents develop the confidence and skills needed to move forward and sustain independent living in the future.
